Bulldozer to Robot-dozer Conversion Kit
Quinteq has developed an aftermarket kit for the British military to convert standard backhoe or Caterpillar into a remote robot of destruction.
The kit, called Appliqué Robotic Kits (ARKS), can be installed in field equipment in less than 12 hours.
The resulting construction slave will obey your every whim given through the portable command console. It will work from up to 1km away.
After conversion the robo-dozer can be switched back into manual mode for old school earth moving.
The kit is modular so that channels for more sensors like cameras or more tools like - maybe weapons, can be added to the unit.
